Information for New Patients

We take pride in being one of the top dentists in Downtown Los Angeles. New patients are welcome and we are more than happy to answer any questions you may have. No matter your dental concern, we are here with you every step of the way with full transparency and expertise.

What to Expect

During a 90-minute new patient comprehensive exam appointment, low radiation full mouth digital x-rays and 3D mouth scans are taken as imaging tools for Dr. Chin to use to diagnose and treatment plan any issues that may be present. They will be shown to you to help you understand what Dr. Chin finds. An oral cancer screening evaluation, bite exam, full gum readings, and tooth-by-tooth dental exam will also be performed. Dr. Chin will discuss the findings with you and answer your questions. A treatment plan will be custom made for you and our friendly team members will go over fees and any insurance copays before the start of any treatment.

During a 60-minute limited/emergency exam as a new patient, we will focus on your immediate concern and work on coming up with a solution to get you out of discomfort. We can then work on coming up with a more definitive treatment plan (may require a comprehensive exam appointment).

Insurance and Financing

We accept all PPO insurance and offer many financing options through CareCredit®, some with 0% interest. Our goal is to give you the best treatment possible and to prove to you that we deserve your trust.

Amenities

We offer complimentary drinks, coffee, and tea in the patient lounge. We have personal TVs at every dental chair with streaming services like Netflix available upon request.
